How to Recover Deleted Notes from iPhone/iPad

After you download and install your iPhone Data Recovery on your computer, launch it and then you will be asked to connect your iPhone to the computer with the USB cable. Then, click "Start Scan" button to find lost notes on it.
Step 2 Preview and Recover your iPhone Notes
When the scan has finished, all the data will be scanned out and listed in categories. You can preview them one by one and just click those data that you want. After you have clicked all that you want, click the "Recover" button at the lower-right corner of the interface.
Step 1 Choose the iTunes Backup File and Scan
After launching iPhone Data Recovery, you can choose the second recovery modes, "Recover from iTunes backup file". Then, all the iTunes backup files will be scanned out and listed in categories. You can choose the one you from which you want to recover your deleted iPhone notes and click "Start Scan".
Step 2 Preview and Recover your iPhone Lost Notes
It will take you several seconds to scan out the data in your iTunes backup file. After that, you can preview all the data that was detected out and listed in categories. You are allowed to choose those you want and then click "Recover" after everything chosen.
Besides, you can also restore the whole iTunes backup file if you want.
Step 1 Connect your iPhone and Choose the Recovery Mode
Connect your iPhone to the computer and launch iTunes. Then right click your iPhone's name. Then, choose to "Restore from Backup".
Step 2 Choose the iTunes Backup and Recover
After that, you can choose the backup file that you want to restore to your iPhone. And then, click the "Recover" button and wait till it finished.
Note: To choose this recovery mode, you should make sure that you have do iTunes backup file well before. Once you find your data lost, not do any back up or sync anything. Just do what the tutorial above ask you to do. Otherwise, your iTunes backup file will be overwritten and things change because it become impossible for you to get your lost iPhone notes back.
Step 1 Choose the Recovery Mode and Sign in iCloud Account
Choose "Recover from iCloud Backup File" when you have launch iPhone Data Recovery. Then, sign in your iCloud account.
Step 2 Choose the iCloud Backup File and Download
After step 1, you will see that all the iCloud backup files are listed in the interface and you can choose the one that you want and click to download it to your computer.
Step 3 Scan and Recover your iPhone Lost Notes
After the iCloud backup file that you chosen downloaded, you can click "Scan" so that the program will help you detect all the data that stored in this file. Preview them one by one and choose what you want and recover them.
You can also choose to restore iPhone from iCloud backup entirely.
Step 1 Erase Contents and Settings of your iPhone
Go to "Settings > General > Reset > Erase All Contect and Settings"
Step 2 Set your iPhone as a New iPhone
Then, your iPhone will restart and you need to set it again. When you're in front of the options of "Set up as New iPhone, Restore from iCloud Backup and Restore from iTunes Backup", choose the second one. And sign in your iCloud account and select the backup file that you want.
