2) Hold "Power" and "Home" buttons simultaneously for exactly 10 seconds. The Software will count down for you.
3) When 10 seconds passed, release the "Power" button right away, but not the "Home" button. After another 10 seconds, you'll be informed that you've successfully entered the DFU mode and you can release the "Home" button now.After that, the software will begin scan your iPhone automatically and within few seconds, all the data will be displayed in the interface as below.

Step 3 Preview and Recover Contents Selectively

Tutorial 2: Recover iPhone 6 Files by Retrieving from iTunes Backup File

By using this mode, you don’t need to have your iPhone with you. What you need is make sure that you have backed up your iPhone with iTunes before. Step 1Choose the Recovery Mode and Sign in your iCloud
Launch iPhone Data Recovery on your computer and choose the third recovering mode – Recover from iCloud backup files. Then, you will see the window as below.

Step 2Download and Scan your iCloud Backup
After keying in your iCloud account and password, you will see the iCloud backup files listed in the interface. Then, choose the latest one and click the download button to get the backup file. Then you can see the iCloud content.

Step 3 Preview and Restore Data from the iCloud Backup
After the scan finishes, you can check almost any type of iPhone data as you want. Choose the ones you want and then, click “Recover” to save them on your computer.

Note: Don’t update your iPhone once you find your iPhone data get lost. Because it is likely that your iPhone backup is overwritten and what you lost will never come back.
