How to Backup and Restore your Android Phone or Tablet

Step 1 Run the program and connect your Android to the computer
Install and run the Android app backup tool on your computer. You'll be asked to connect your Android device to the computer via a USB cable or QR code.

Step 2 Backup Android files to computer
Once your phone was detected by the software, a window with your phone information will be showed. As you can see, all your Android data (Music, Videos, Photos, Contacts, SMS and Apps) can be detected by the Android Transfer app and listed. You can backup these data one-by-one or all at one time by clicking on "One-Click Backup" icon on the lower interface.

Check the contacts, SMS, applications, calendar, playlists, call log, apps and playlist info and select destination files by clicking on "Browse", and then click on "Back Up" to finfish backup.

Step 3 Restore Android data from your Android
Once you have backup your Android device, you can restore them in the future. What you need to do is click the "Toolkit" tab in the left column and click "Restore" to get them back.
