Ways to Fix iPhone/iPad That Won’t Sync with iTunes

-- Wednesday, May 04, 2016
Undoubtedly, iTunes is the best companion of iPhone and iPad. It allows you to sync contents like music and movies from iDevice. So usually when I would like to sync something to iTunes, I plug my iPhone/iPad into the computer. Every time I do that smoothly. But yesterday, after I connect my iPhone SE, it gets charged only. Could anyone show me some ways to fix iPhone/iPad that won’s sync with iTunes?

Method 1: Upgrade iTunes & Reset iPhone

1.Download the latest version of iTunes. Then re-install the program on your computer.
2.Change to another USB cable. After connecting the iOS device to a computer, touch the “Trust” button on iPhone/iPad.
3.To reset phone, run the Settings app. Then go to “General”, touch the “Reset” button and tap "Reset All Settings" button.
Note: Before resetting your device, backup your iPhone/iPad with iPhone Transfer.

Part 2: Sync iPhone with TunesGo

If method 1 doesn’t work, you can try TunesGo. And this is the way I strongly recommend. Here is why I choose this program.
Reason 1. A perfect bridge between iPhone/iPad and TunesGo that can sync iOS data to iTunes.
Reason 2. Easy to use and efficacious.
Reason 3. No data loss when sync data.
Reason 4. Won’t install any virus programs or add-on to your devices.
Reason 5. High success rate of connection between iOS device and iTunes.

Step 3 Enable TunesGo to Scan iPhone/iPad
There should be a pop-up note as the screenshot shows. Check the “Start” key. TunesGo will detect the difference files on your device and iTunes. This will allow the program to copy what’s missing including music videos, Podcasts, TV shows, playlists, etc. in the next step.

Step 4 Sync iPhone/iPad Data to iTunes
Scan complete! Files needed to be copied to your iTunes library are displayed in the table. Tick items you would like to sync and TunesGo "will sync data to your iTunes library. Once it completes the process, the interface would be shown up. Just click "OK" and the job is done!

Finish Transferring Data from iPhone to iTunes

Wait when TunesGo is syncing data between iPhone/iPad and iTunes. When the process is completed, unplug your device and then you can enjoy music/movies in your iTunes library.
